I am a licensed Realtor® in both Iowa & Minnesota, currently in my 10th year of real estate & my 20th year in the sales industry. With my strong foundation in relationship-based service, I help buyers & sellers successfully navigate the complex real estate process throughout Central IA market as well as the NW Metro/Central MN area. With a double major in Marketing & Spanish, I use my skills daily to communicate clearly & market homes effectively in today’s competitive market. I have always enjoyed working with & helping people. Being able to combine my genuine desire to build & nurture relationships with my passion for serving others is what makes a career in real estate so rewarding for me.
Selling a home can bring about so many mixed emotions with the entire process from showings, inspections, & appraisals to offers creating significant anxiety. My clients know they can count on me to minimize the stress, provide timely & effective solutions to problems, & help them make sound financial decisions based on facts, not emotions. However, when a client is needing a sounding board or a shoulder to cry on, I'm there for them, to offer support, perspective, or simply just to listen.
While I have earned past awards for highest single agent GCI & greatest conversion rate of leads to clients, my most rewarding accomplishment has been & continues to be anytime a former client refers to me to their friends or family to help them buy or sell a home. There is no greater honor or validation of trust than having someone whom you've helped personally, put their own name on the line & vouch for your skills, character, & ability to deliver value to their loved ones.
